Well, not beginning, they’ve always known they are leaning in early on personalization.
Online sales will continue to increase, but people will look for a connection to the product via brick and mortar. In other words, if you own retail stores, you need to begin redesigning your locations to incorporate more personalization options, services and displays that are a bit more interactive or you may find yourself shuttering some doors.
