Players in the NBA are very familiar with not helping one pass away especially when the helper is guarding an excellent shooter like Anthony Morrow , Klay Thompson. But not every team in the NBA has great perimeter offensive players and you ‘ll notice that guys like Andre Roberson of the OKC Thunder and Grizzlies’ Tony Allen though great perimeter defenders usually find themselves wide open and hardly want to take any jumpers in those situations. Why so? They haven’t developed a jumper and NBA scouts are great at finding players weaknesses and exploiting them to their advantage. I follow coach Daniel on YouTube who provides excellent content and today he explains the “leave him open” philosophy that many NBA teams are using to demoralize their opponents.
