I have yet to visit Europe although I’ve visited Asia and Australia, my travels haven’t taken me to places like Finland. The Porvoo Pack on the Hanon website may be one of the cleanest sneaker drops in the last few months.
A few weeks ago the sneaker community came to Karhu via Kanye West. He rocked a pair of the Finnish brands shoes and the impact was immediate as people who had never heard of the company began to google and search for kicks to add to their collection.
This added diversity is welcomed as far as I’m concerned and the Porvoo Pack is definitely a dope addition to the lifestyle and retro release of the running shoe company. Karhu has been around for over 100 years and the releases have always been respected in the running community.
