It’s been almost 25 years since I’ve tried to mimic the flow of Big Pun on the line that says “The middle of Little Italy,” and the same time since “I Don’t Wanna Be A Player” entered the pantheon of Hip-Hop’s classic songs. Big Pun was a comet. He shine bright and was gone in the blink of an eye. The legacy he left remains and Ewing is making sure to celebrate the Boricua Emcee.

After three successful partnerships that honored his debut and sophomore albums as well as his Puerto Rican heritage, Ewing Athletics is back to celebrate another milestone in the legendary Christopher Rios’ life with the fourth and final shoe in the series.
To further honor the life and career of Big Pun Ewing Athletics has created a bold 33 Hi designed with the Rios family. Featuring the colors of iconic albums Capital Punishment and Yeeeah Baby, the shoe sports a deep black nubuck upper with bright yellow, white, and red accents. Bold multicolor outsoles ground this latest 33 Hi while yellow contrast stitching contours every classic panel. Special branding on heel, tongue, and packaging seal the deal.
