Jordan’s career can be summed in six stages kind of like his rings: pre Scottie Pippen, Three Peat 1, Intermission, Three Peat 2, Wizard and now Hornets. During his intermission he never wore the Retro 9. He was on the baseball field. When he returned he went bonkers on my Knicks and the Jordan 10 laid the foundation for a series of shoes that have become iconic. The 10 is often overlooked, but in it there are elements of the 11 and in this version there are two words sent by fax to MJ’s agent, “I’m Back”.
