The one consistent in the sneaker industry is the collab and how much fluff goes into the promotion of various collabs. When a company is new a collaborative effort does very little to amplify or elevate the brand. When the consumer isn’t aware of you, what is the benefit of connecting with another small brand? The benefit is the sharing of ideas and concepts intended to shine a light on particular stories. NinetyNine has partnered with Urban Native Era before on a Chalk that featured a pendant. I missed that first collab and I’ve been buying a lot lately so I’m hoping I don’t miss this one, but real deal, this color is easily one of the best colors on a sneaker of any brand dropping kicks this year.
