In 2014 Nike began playing around with hybrid and alternate versions of the Jordan 1. This Fragment colorway of the hybrid Jordan 1 with a Retro 2 outsole was a model that I think was considered when Jordan broke his foot his second season. The Jordan Wings logo is slightly different and the outsole looks odd, but it feels better than the Retro 1 and more basketball ready.
