Edit to Amplify is a strategy announced in 2017. The goal was to cut the production on shoes that weren’t strong performers for the brand, and then to focus energy on high performing shoes. The Air Jordan 1 is obviously a beneficiary of Edit to Amplify as there are so many colors available that if you see a low first you can expect to see a mid in a similar style. It doesn’t matter as people are buying almost every release.
