I’m not quite certain why this model is considered Winterized. The shoe does have a sticky gum outsole and reflective hits throughout the upper, but I’m not sure if the upper is a waterproof PU. The shoe does feel almost rubbery in the upper, but with a lacing system that leaves slots into the shoe, it’s not a boot like construction. Retail is 120 vs 110 for traditional Mids.
