For some odd reason , I’ve yet to see a man’s Valentines sneaker; girls tend to be the focus of this lover’s day and I’m ok with it. Scheduled for a release this saturday February 11 is the Air Jordan 1 Retro Valentines Day.
With a combination of black, hyper pink and white, the shoes feature a premium leather upper with Nubuck overlays ( on the toe box and eyestay). The customary wing & Nike swoosh logos appear on the side and quarter panels; you’ll also see a Nike air text on the outside of the tongue. There is usually a Jumpman logo on the heel counter but it has been replaced by a valentine themed graphic of a heart in the shape of a basketball ( usually called for the love of the game). Another interesting feature of the shoes is the 3M reflective details around the ankle area. The shoes are completed by a durable rubber sole with encapsulated air units for maximum cushioning.
