Sellers who have the ability to create bulk shipping packages on StockX have been trying to figure out why the bulk boxes they’ve been making aren’t generating labels. In this video, I take the time to create a box to recreate the issue. Unfortunately, if you have a lot of shoes, it will take you a bit longer than it took me in this video to find the box pair of shoes creating this issue, but at least you will know what’s happening now.
What’s Happening?
Typically, when a package is being sent to a StockX fulfillment center if the package is going to New Jersey and the other boxes are going to Georgia, StockX’s interface will “grey” out the option and you can’t select that pair for your bulk box. In the last week, the “grey out” hasn’t been working and sellers have been selecting and building a bulk box only to find that the label never renders. This is because the system is allowing you to build the box, but because there is a box going to another location, you can’t complete the process.
How Do You Fix This?
You will have to click the print shipping option for each shoe and look at where the label is pointing. When you find the culprit, then you can create the bulk box without any issues.
