I discovered the brand Maven and their “Never Sold Dope” campaign last week. The concept is dope. As a Black man who is often looked at by kids as either an athlete or dope dealer because I buy a lot of kicks, it’s important that I can wear something that highlights that success doesn’t have to be born from selling dope.
