After living in California for years and never driving up to L.A. to see Kobe, I was a Knicks fan and wanted him to go to the Big Apple, I finally got to see KBB on his farewell tour. I had to buy tickets from a scalper because it was sold out. It didn’t matter because it was well worth it. My high school team wore adidas because of Kobe. This is horrible. I don’t think the family or the families of the others who lost their lives today will ever see this, but I felt compelled to at least show my respects. This picture is from the nosebleeds of the Fed Ex Forum. In the midst of all of the Grizzlies fans I cheered for every Kobe basket and celebrated his career. Flawed or not, I was a fan of the way he played the game.
