UNKNWN (@unknwn) reveals the final exterior renderings for their upcoming Wynwood location (opening in the coming weeks).

NEW INFORMATION:
  • Store is set to officially open on Thursday, December 5, 2019
  • Design led by John Maragaritis, the multi-faceted artist and designer behind New York Sunshine in collaboration with UNKNWN founders LeBron James, Jaron Kanfer, and Frankie Walker Jr.
  • Part of an ongoing partnership with New York Sunshine stemming back from previous events together since 2017
  • Focal point is multi-functional courtyard for different sports, arts, community, and cultural events and to play host to mural installations by world-renowned artists
  • 125 capacity sneaker display hanging shelves fixture sits in-front of a store long wall of retractable garage doors viewing the courtyard for open air shopping
  • UNKNWN will be organizing weekly, monthly and special events for the Miami community and global visitors

  • Designed to provide a unique shopping experience that reflects the lifestyle and wardrobe of the co-founders
  • Concept space built in partnership with New York Sunshine to establish a one-of-a-kind retail design
  • Arrangement for a curated selection of multi-brand apparel, footwear, and accessories and UNKNWN’s in-house label
  • Flagship retail concept with designated retail and courtyard spaces that will serve as an experiential venue for sporting and lifestyle events for the Miami community and global travelers
  • 175 feet of shelving with a capacity to display 175 sneakers
  • Custom water feature designed by New York Sunshine
  • 20+ Custom dyed shelving and displays created by New York Sunshine
  • 200+ feet of mural wall space for art creations and artist expressions
