One of Nike’s most innovative basketball designs since the brand rolled out the Hyperdunk during the 08 Olympics, the Zoom GT Cut is loaded with tech and nods to the importance of creating space for ball handlers. The shoe features a foam and reinforced mesh upper, but it’s the Zoom Strobel, which first showed up in the KD signature series, that stands out. That cushioning is supported with Zoom Air in the heel and a Kobe styled React cushion drop in insole.
This may be the first non-signature shoe since the Blake Griffin ‘Shattered Backboard’ that hit resale straight out of the gate for Nike Basketball.
