The Nike KD 11 is the most intricately designed KD released. Taking a page from the Kobe AD each shoe features a heel counter designed in accordance with the theme of the shoe. The Paranoid features a target styled design at the heel and on the insole there is a graphic of newspaper clippings covered with eyes. The translucent outsole which is loaded with Zoom and React also features the paranoid theme with words like, “Watch Your Back”.
