For the first time since KD earned a signature sneaker, I didn’t have any reason to nab a pair of the last KD, the 14. The shoe never moved into resale on any model and the promo wasn’t great because the Nets were not that exciting, and KD missed a lot of games in the 14. The 15 arrived this season, but KD had to face a buzzsaw in the Boston Celtics. The next season is arriving soon and the 15 has seen a variety of styles and models and the shoe has returned to the resale arena in spurts. This is a sign that the design is much better and there is some off-the-court appeal. The 15 features a full length Zoom strobel for an easier break in period and the move away from an all knit upper gives the shoe more design elements and depth.
