The first running shoe from Nike to feature Zoom X foam in the midsole. The Pegasus has been one of Nike’s longest running platforms and arguably it’s best. This is the first time a signature tech has been added to the model first. The shoe has been redesigned to mimic the model from Breaking 2 and Nike is placing a considerable amount of marketing behind the shoe. It’s the first time a Pegasus model has crossed over into hyped sneakerhead culture which speaks to the level of interest in the model. Nike hasn’t done a big enough job of marketing as the model is sitting on shelves in Foot Locker.
