The ISPA seems like it could be an arm of the ACG footwear from Nike. The shoes are built a bit more rugged than the React 55 or 87 and they feature waterproof uppers with a knobby outsole. The shoes ship with an extra set of laces, but what struck me is the very Yeezy like line along the lateral side of the shoe to the toe.
