    Description

    Left Foot Jumpers or Right Side Run Up (Gym was designed for right side jumpers due to warehouse design). Right Foot Jumpers can attend but will not be able to do a full run up from the left side).

    The arch Facility Equipment includes Nike Strength Weights and Barbell, Kettle Bells, Plyo Box, Speed Sled, Wickets, 3 Hurdles, UCS High Jump Pit and Jump Ramp, Battle Rope, with starting blocks, resistance bands, resistance sprint rope and parachute. Gym features 3/4 inch track spike proof flooring.

    Sports Training: Chris Burns is an NFHS and USATF Certified Coach Level 1 with a certification in High Jump from Outperform with Positive Coaching Alliance Double Coach Certification. Training sessions are 1.5 hours (warm up and sport specific training).

    Maximum Athletes per session: 4 – 6 athletes per session
