In an attempt to maximize the extensive data and tech the brand has acquired Under Armour is finally entering the miAdidas, Nike+ category of interactive fitness footwear.
Personally footwear data is a bit played to me, but I think those who are very serious about getting an idea of how their bodies function as they attempt to go from couch potato to runner, or from short distance to long distance will actually appreciate the connected footwear model. The shoe designs are eye catching and the tech integration is similar to the other brands, but Under Armour has the very capable MapMyRun in its stable of apps which gives runner one of the best programs on the market for fitness.
