Mande Dibi has quickly become one of our favorite restaurants in Memphis. That is a major accomplishment when you consider the fantastic cuisine which can be found here. Chef Bala Tounkara opened his second restaurant and I promise you, the amount of food you get for the price makes Mande Dibi a 5-star option based on value and a 6-star (I just made that up) based on flavor. We’ve visited four times in the short amount of time it’s been open, and we will probably make it six by this weekend.
