Trap Fusion has two locations in Memphis. We visited the Germantown Parkway spot and dined in. While the storefront restaurant always leaves a bit to be desired, it’s understandable for startups because the costs allow for a greater chance of success.

Chefs Markeith W. McCoy and Chef JGardner, combined to form a wonder twins’ duo of incredible taste by putting together the southern Memphis flavors with a taste of the Islands. It’s definitely worth your time and ranks in my top 10 of Memphis flavors.
