Marc Bain Shares That Nike Will Dropship to FootLocker Customers

This is a long video, so I’m dropping links to each section and a minute breakdown below. In this video I said that this could be problematic for FootLocker. After speaking with a prominent analyst he reminded me that dropshipping means FootLocker gets paid without ever making a purchase. While this seems good on the surface, I think this will lead to Nike adding FootLocker’s consumer to their digital funnel. This isn’t straightforward and will definitely be an important topic to watch.
