While many people in sneaker culture utilize IG to interact and built their audience, since I write more business focused articles on the site, I use LinkedIn. Last Saturday, I was contacted by a person named Ocean Yan. Ocean introduced himself and explained that they were manufacturing the lightning bolt sneakers that look like the Jordan 1. I asked Ocean specific questions, but didn’t get direct answer. Ocean did send me the patent for an upcoming 2021 Lightning Bolt Jordan inspired sneaker with double branding and tongues. The shoe is similar in style to Sacai versions of sneakers made by Nike. I shared the DMs here and I’m placing them on the site for you to read through as well.
