A Trifecta of Dope Design from Danner | My Top 3 Options for Rugged Style

Danner has never really hit me with a “need to share pair” from the classic outdoor brand. It’s kind of like Merrell. I never thought about Merrell until I began to read about the company and I found that they made some of the best looking shoes in the business. My wife commenced to breaking my pockets. I bought three pair myself, but gave away one and the other doesn’t even come out of the closet. My go to from them is the Gridway, which has nothing at all to do with Danner other than both companies thrive as solid options for trail running and hiking.

I took a moment this morning to hit the Danner site and realized that I’ve been missing the upgrade in design by the brand. I’ve always associated Danner with quality, but the style was lacking. I couldn’t really dress up a Danner boot. I could go and kick rocks and climb hills, but my hiking takes place in the city. I overlooked the work the company has placed in developing more stylish, but still rugged options. Here are my top three options from Danner to give you an alternative to the sneakerboot options arriving from brands for the fall and winter months. In the words of DJ Khaled, “You’re Welcome”.
