For some reason the change to Winter arrives in a 24-hour timespan. Everyone is wearing shorts on Wednesday and by sunset of the same day, everyone is trying to figure out why 72 on the temp display for AC doesn’t feel the same as 72 when the heat is on. With the quick change in weather comes an opportunity to flex the layering of winter fashions.

Cashmere, wool, plaid blends and waffle crew sweaters, sit under chore coats, leather jackets and cardigans. Those not looking for a classic, rugged look opt for street ready sweats and beanies. Any of these styles is incomplete if the footwear isn’t up to standards. Here is a list to refresh the closet with footwear built for the trail, but not sacrificing any style cues.

Note: The Reebok entrance is completely unexpected. When Authentic Brands Group took over the company the immediate expectation was to limit the number of SKUs and decrease costs. Reebok would become a Wal-Mart brand. The exact opposite seems to be taking place. There are some very nice sneakers being built at the Vector and this is one of them:
