The Agility Synthesis X Honey Stinger

Merrell has become a favorite of mine. The company typically registers with me via their non-marketing campaigns where they have shined a light on a diverse selection of endorsers and athletes. I very rarely drop a post on the company when it comes to sneakers. That’s because on the sneaker side of things the brand tends to take a straightforward performance approach that doesn’t really resonate with sneaker culture. That’s not completely true, but for the most part you won’t see a Merrell shoe on the bigger sneaker news websites.

This shoe fits two departments for my site, sustainability and looks. The first thought is a Steelers fan somewhere is going to be wearing these. It won’t be on a trail where it’s a performance wonder. It will definitely be at backyard tailgate since there aren’t any fans in attendance really, but let me get back to the shoe.
