Casbia has become a staple in my lists because of the design and materials. The luxe brand was the first to really jump on the Champion train before everyone else decided to take Champion from Target to Footlocker. This shoe is a chukka styled model with a sweeping closure that is laceless and made to look more like a vehicle than a pair of kicks. I haven’t picked up a pair of the Vettas, but I do have a similarly shaped and styled shoe in the NMD C2. The medial side of this shoe is perforated for breathability, but the shape is attractive and is a standout in a crowded shoe market seemingly dedicated to dad shoes and awkward ugliness.
